Humans have been making things with their hands since the days of living in caves. It's always been a practical activity as well as a social and creative one. In Sweden, women have been gathering in groups known as syjuntor (sewing circles) since the 1800s. Back then, it was a way to get out of the house and connect with other women. However, as more women entered the workforce, the frequency of these gatherings decreased.

Nowadays, with sustainability and ethical consumption becoming increasingly important, these gatherings are making a comeback. Newer generations are rediscovering the value of craftsmanship and community. We invite you to our Makers' Morning, where you get to engage in crafting, enjoy a cup of coffee, have meaningful conversations, and unleash your creativity whatever your project may be. It's a time to connect with others, express yourself through crafting and contribute to a more sustainable lifestyle.

See you there!
